What approved forms should be used to document and report on certain aspects of cooling water systems in NSW?
March 6, 2020There are six (6) approved forms to be used for consistency. These are:
- Form 1 – Risk Management Plan
- Form 2 – Audit Report
- Form 3 – Monthly Report
- Form 4 – Notification of reportable test results
- Form 5 – Application for approval to audit cooling water systems
- Form 6 – Notification of installation of change in particulars
It is important that stakeholders in NSW use the approved form to document and report aspects of cooling water systems and as a requirement under the NSW regulations.
